I have been involved in property development from an early age, growing up within a family business where building and development were part of everyday life. Since then, I have delivered a range of residential and commercial projects, from new builds to full renovations, as well as restaurant and hospitality spaces. I hold an RICS degree in property development from the University of Portsmouth. I undertake design work supporting planning applications, from small residential extensions to large super-prime extension projects and new builds. Working with AutoCAD and Revit to produce clear, buildable designs and BIM level 3D models where needed. I also manage projects from concept to delivery. I particularly relish a challenge and thrive in finding design solutions to stubborn problems.
